LAUNCH VERSION · 19 SEPTEMBER 2026

Launch terms of use

LA CLÉ is a controlled-delegation service for creating and testing technical mandates used by compatible AI agents.

Publisher

LA CLÉ is published by Ludovic Mauceli, an entrepreneur based in Saône-et-Loire, France. Contact: contact@la-cle.app.

Purpose

The service lets a user create a mandate, stage a Gmail or Google Calendar action, approve or reject it, provide a token to a compatible agent, and retain a technical log of the result.

Compatible integration required

LA CLÉ governs only agents and services that call its API or integration. It does not monitor every AI system, cannot block actions taken outside LA CLÉ, and does not claim to replace the safeguards of a third-party service.

Limitations

At this stage, LA CLÉ is not a bank, payment method, qualified electronic-signature service, or insurance company. An authorized result does not replace the controls of the relevant merchant or service provider.

User responsibility

The owner protects mandate tokens, configures appropriate limits, shares tokens only with the intended agents, and immediately revokes any suspicious mandate.

Prohibited use

The service must not be used to bypass authentication, impersonate another person, automate illegal activity, or delegate a decision that legally requires human involvement.

Availability

The launch service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. This version includes no financial guarantee or automatic compensation.

Free launch access

Access is free during the launch phase, requires no payment card, and does not automatically convert into a subscription. Any future paid offer must be clearly announced and accepted separately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable solution before legal proceedings. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged wherever they apply.
